To support nonprofits in their mission to make lasting change, monday.com offers two significantly discounted plans to eligible nonprofits. Read on for eligibility criteria and apply for your discount today.

monday.com Nonprofit Program

The two plans included under the Nonprofit Program include:
1. Nonprofit Plan: 10 first seats for free, and a 70% discount per seat from the 11th seat.*
2. Enterprise Plan: 33% discount per user.**

* Additional seats are only available in lots of 5 seats.
**The Enterprise Plan discount requires a minimum of 25 seats.

Organizations eligible for the monday.com Nonprofit Program

To be eligible to participate in the monday.com for Nonprofit Program, you must be recognized as a charity, nonprofit, nongovernmental, or social change organization in the country in which you are located.

Your organization should provide legal documentation demonstrating that you meet the above criteria. See below for specific eligibility requirements.

Qualification requirements:

We welcome applications from organizations that hold a valid charitable status with either the IRS in the United States (501(c)3), or via similar governmental departments in other countries. Organizations ineligible for the monday.com Nonprofit Program:


Hospitals, hospital auxiliaries, nurses registers or bureaus, health insurance organizations, prepared group health plans, group medical practice associations, and in-faculty group practice associations. Inpatient care facilities.



Religious Organizations: All religious institutions and organizations. Including but not limited to places of worship, those providing services regardless of faith, religious education and other religious activity.



Organizations that advocate, support, or practice discrimination based on age, ethnicity, gender, national origin, disability, race, size, religion, sexual orientation, or socioeconomic background.



Economic Development organizations, such as Chambers of Commerce (excluding foundations), Business Improvement Districts, and local and regional economic development organizations with a primary focus on commercial business development. Trade or business associations.



Government-managed/owned nonprofits, such as nonprofits funded by local, state or federal government that function without an independent board of directors, or are managed by a government agency.



Sports organizations focused on supporting professional sports or sports players i.e. those that receive payment for their performance



Fraternal beneficiary societies, orders, or associations; providers of other services or benefits to members or employees.



Legislative and political activity organizations.



Community Interest Companies: Organizations in the UK with the CIC designation.


Fiscally Sponsored or Subordinate Organizations. Subordinate organizations under group exemption must still obtain own recognition of 501(c)(3) tax exemption from the IRS to be eligible for the monday.com NPO plan.


Educational organizations such as a school, college, university, or a related organization.
Educational organizations may be eligible to participate in our monday.com Education Program.

Our review process

While everyone can use monday.com, not every organization may meet our eligibility requirements to participate in the monday.com for Nonprofit Program. monday.com sets these guidelines and determines an organization’s qualification at its sole discretion. We reserve the right to grant or deny an organization’s application or participation in the Program, or to discontinue the Program, at any time, for any reason, and to supplement or amend our eligibility guidelines at any time.

Service details

Terms of service

Organizations that request monday.com services must agree to monday.com’s Terms of Service (available at www.monday.com/terms) as a prerequisite for obtaining access to the services as well as any other standard agreement applicable to the Program or the services.

Service subscription requirement

You must agree to a one-year subscription with monday.com. As part of this program, we do not honor any monthly plans or discounts to monthly plans.

Existing subscribers

If you already have a monday.com account and your organization is eligible to participate in the Program, you can upgrade or renew your subscription through this Program. We do not offer refunds for subscription fees paid prior to being approved for the monday.com for Nonprofits Program.

Continuing participation after one year

To continue to receive your discount after the initial year of your subscription, monday.com requires you to reconfirm your eligibility each year. If you do not reconfirm your eligibility on time or are no longer eligible to participate in the Program, you will be charged the full service price, unless you cancel your subscription prior to the end of the initial subscription year or any consecutive year.

Credit card or PayPal account required

A credit card, PayPal account, or wire transfer (above 7,000 USD payment) is needed to pay for discounted rates on monday.com’s website.

Product distribution

Products will be distributed to qualifying organizations only, not to individuals. Recipient organizations may not transfer or resell monday.com products or otherwise violate any terms of the monday.com terms of service.

Case study

We ask recipient organizations to provide information to monday.com for the purposes of creating a case study or testimonial that can benefit other nonprofits.
